@IH-COL Great choice!
Nice to have that place controlled, expect military traffic north of your position :D .

D-ECHO will (probably) ATC at Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte LFKJ airport!

If, and only if ATCing in Spring works out for me ... I was thinking either Genoa or if Corsica would be allowed, Calvi. Now we know already Corsica is allowed, but D-ECHO is in Ajaccio. That's too near?

JWOCKY, in my opinion Calvi isn't too near, the more ATCs in an area the better, but on the other side, I think it's better if you'd ATC in Genoa so we can have a better coverage of Italy.
All in all, I think it's your choice ;)

I'd like to control top down (CTR -> DEL) at some airport, preferably a larger one. But I have no problem with a TWR or GND below me as long as they are willing to follow real life departure headings, (ex. fly heading 025, wind 350@5 runway 36R clear for takeoff) and provide IFR clearance. (As I did in fall festival, and worked very nice!)

I don't know that area well, so I'm open to suggestions!

Considering the great job you did at EIDW last Festival, Roma Fiumicino (LIRF) would be a good deal for you ;) . Also Milano Malpensa is a nice place to control. Other nice places would be Napoli Capodichino, Torino Caselle, Catania, ... there are loads of 'em. Just choose the one which fits for you best ;)

@Elgaton: same about LIPA, I haven't decided yet which position I'll cover but surely I'll mann all the airbase.
