Problem is, it is all underground.
Same with Project 3000...

I can help you fix that, so you don't need to make weird adjustments. I can also look for optimizing OSM2City objects for performance.

Actually, there is no performance hit on my system.
And mine is not the best out there.
Of course, there are no OSM objects in the immediate vicinity of the airport (THE TERMINALS, HANGARS, ETC are all there) so maybe flying over the city may give some hit.

Okay.
Thank you!

Nice.
Perfomance hit is a function of object density with a positive slope. (English: The more OSM2City objects the worse is going to be)
So, if Chitose is not very dense in OSM then your hit is maybe not significant.

OTOH, the performance improvement I make is less aesthetic than the raw OSM2CITY output. It sacrifices bling for performance. In Geneve, it was a MUST, but maybe in Chitose you are good from the start.

We'll see.

And, about my script. No, it will not work out of the box in any Windows (XP, Vista, 7 or 8). It contains some bash scripts, which is dependent on that certain terminal interpreter -- which is not the terminal interpreter of Windows.

Yes, I am sure it will work fine.
Yep, and I love Windows too much to get Linux - for all of (windows') problems!

Yeah, I must say the effect is very nice with the amblient occlusion and all.
The Terminal looks as good as a real, non-OSM model could look.
Obviously, detailed textures would be better, but I don't think I cluld make them nice....

By the way, I submitted both Chitose Air Base and Chitose Airport to the Gateway.
I guess that it is ready to generate... (no, that doesn't mean I'm asking you to do it. I'm going to have one, final try at TerraGear.)

Centrair is coming on nicely.

is the landclasses server working now?
How are you getting the landclasses?

Which landclass?
Oh, right enough.
I forgot that.
Maybe...

Actually, I just found that Chitose city has very very few buildings. Yet the airport is mapped. Whichnis exactly what I want!

Hi Laserman.
Thanks very much!
I'll see what I can do in regards to shared modelling, (besides Project 3000, which look very beautiful).

Hi Laserman.
If your commit message is correct (RJGG + RJCJ), I'm afraid RJGG is not even in the gateway yet. An 850 layout is in progress.
Nevertheless, thank you very much for generating -- much appreciated!

My declined RJCC is RJCC updated with signs and smoothing the junction between the two airports.

Also, by the way, for some reason signs dissapeared at SVMI... any idea why?
