It dependa how "realistic" and detailed you want it. I recommend you test the bear tu95mr or the Lockheed 1049h super constellation.

The dc6 jsbsim version DC 6B is cool stuff too

Not a probl.
BTW, FGMEMBERS-NONGPL just uploaded Dave Culp's Boeing 377, it may be something to try as well
(I had never jump in that cabin)

Discovered a neat trick in Paint -- flipping horizontally :)
Gone are the days of headache-causing manual work on both sides.
This livery is not completely true to AEROEJECUTIVOS, but it looks very nice IMO. The colours are perfect. Just like AEROCONDOR.

@It0ichpods
The easiest is the DC6 ... she was my first big propeller plane at the USA Tour, I was like three or foru months in in FG, had no previous experience as pilot and so on, hard times, and she was nice, interesting and comfy to fly.

@Lego
Check some thing: Are the engine names and propeller-file names spelled correctly, also with capitalization. And check whether the units for pressure point and center of gravity are correct and the same. The crash happens right before the trimming, so, there is a glitch in the jsbsim configuration. The plane is at FGMEMBERS?

Affirm, JWOCKY.
I'll be checking those. It might be the prop name...
It is, but it is more updated at my hangar:

I just cloned her to have a look myself (from your repo)

1.) I doubt, that is really a JSB problem. You have like a dozen model problems and end up with a segfault. That is usually FG not JSB. Since most of your files still point to the DC3 and not your own derivative, you have there some chaos. Did you change anything on the tanks? It looks like Helijah chaotic plus something extra in there.

2.) Some of the things, you pull from the DC-3 curve back to the model itself and I am not sure if that can work that way if you loaded a changed model via the BT-67. For example immat.xml is a suspect. So you have to clean your pathes first.

3.) I get some Nasal errors as well, but that is maybe because I am still on 3.4. Still, if you start her via terminal, you should get some hints in the terminal window for what you are looking.

4.) The soundfile has a "/" too much. Shouldn't cause a segfault, but you never know.

J.

Right, danke schön, Jwocky.
I'll fix paths and sounds to start.
