Just for the heck of it, I just took off with a 767-Workshop from BGTL. No spare parts but fuel for about 18 hours, I needed half the runway. Now, I will keep you posted what happenes when I reach CYCY.

Needed half the runway to stop her, taxied over the grass, took off again ... no problem.

@JWOCKY, was there enough room for it0uchpods's MD-90 to land behind you?

There was enough room since we could use the grass to the left as parking lot ... but well, to make you happy ...

The grass is "killer grass" as you would call it. I also want to be able to get in the air again and go to CYFB if at all possible because I know certain people would like to get their bigger birds out for a bit. Myself included! I want to blow through the bush as fast as possible to make that happen. Sorry if my last comment seemed rude before.

Well, I rolled around on it, it didn't kill me. Maybe it's related to Curtis and bans you just out of a whim? Now, that would be the kind of grass, he would smoke, wouldn't he?

Hey guys I have run into a problem with my joystick and I believe that there is a conflict between my 2 sims, X-Plane and Flight Gear. I will try and sort it out, but until then, the event is canceled until further notice. Sorry to all of you who were looking forward to the event.

I only have a trackball mouse so that makes things harder.
