I downloading this A/C yesterday, but cannot get it to show up in FGRUN or the new launcher.
Looking at the *set.xml, it would appear that the folder name needs to be truncated to exclude -master, but that didn't help.
Noted the reference to JPack, which I downloaded and saved as a peer to the Strato Fort directory.
Running 2016.2.1 on Win10x64.
I'm not conversant in command line launching, compiling etc. please make replies gui compliant

Hi Guzzi

We are aware of the problem. Unfortunately, this is a bug in the launcher; not in the aircraft.
Therefore there is not much we can do on our side.

I recommend you try with a different FG launcher,

Best,

I assumed Guzzi means JWocky's Stratofortress
https://github.com/FGMEMBERS/StratoFortress-Jsb

Which the Qt5 Launcher fails to list.
Other launchers and the command line work just fine

Does it show up in FGRUN?

You can due Start --> All programs --> FlightGear 2016.X.X --> Tools --> FGRUN

Make sure JPack is in your aircraft directory.

the BBJ no shows in FGRUN for me btw.

I fixed it somehow in one of my planes.

Well it appears that a bit of patience and RTFM I was able to figure out the command line and get the Strato Fort to run :D
A little more fiddling and I was able to get all my settings from the FGRUN gui into a usable string of arguments to append the fgfs command with and have it all work. Not sure yet, but at first glance the whole thing appears to run better without the gui sitting in the background except when I have Phi running on the 4th monitor when it still struggles a bit. More fiddling later to keep thing going until I can build a better PC.
Thanks for your help
Cheers
