If its GMaps, then it cant be GPL. But on the other hand you could use Bing Maps for this.

Well, maybe we could do a "ProjectPhilippines" with regenerating the whole Philippines. I'll hopefully soon have a powerful computer (well, i3/AMD FX4300) so I can also generate a bit
