My laptop is refusing to process the file into a vector file for some reason. =\
I can try it on another laptop however. I'll see how that goes.

Also, does anyone know where you can get elevation data above 60* latitude? Specifically, Novaya Zemlya and Franz Josef Land. FlightGear is missing some airports that I'd like to add in if I can figure it out.

If that works and the spark stays with me, I might try to tackle some of North Korea, which currently has only one airport in FlightGear.

if you don't mind a weak i3-3220 doing the work and could pass the files on to me, I can let my custom build machine do (at least some of) the work

Just yesterday I replaced my i3-3220 with a i5-3570.
I did get it used for €80 incl. a tall heatpipe-cooler.

now I can terragear the world

Using laserman's fg-tools we don't need to re-draw every layout by hand, luckily. I will try to do genapts for the airports and post them in the repo known.

Hawaii is fully reconstructed with Scenery Version 2.1, and now distributed in terraGIT

Honolulu intl/Hickam AFB are horrible...
Really needs some tweaks, I may take a look sooner or later.

I am a bit "surprised" about why the default layout for Honolulu distributed/recommended by xplane is not the best of the choices
I'll appreciate if you tweak those layouts, and I can test re-implanting these locally
