The answer to that is, yes. It is feasible. I've done it, and tested it, by seamlessly patching WS Marvin- 2.5
(look for seams in Mandalay VYMD and show any to me if you find them)

Maybe I should raise a NOTAM for the Church hazard -)

Shall I continue to report any issues that I find; as it seems clear there is probably something quite wrong with the terrain mesh in this part of the world.

In Dortmund city center (EDLW) I noticed that the subway (underground) lines are visible.
I suggest to not render "tram" and only "train/railway"

IMHO, Railway tracks are too wide (compared to osm2city)
