Well, as you know I am not such a "big sha" pilot. I do not understand a lot of stuff still. But I think I am intermediate. Usually for me does not matter how much the flight hours are. I was a wonder, of course why the normal flights are 6 hours and mine is seven and a half. I tough it was scenery issues, or slower mvt because of my low fps computer. Thx. I'll try to create an flt pln with those in mind next.

btw this table does not speak to me anything. For what should I look?

But this was more than a year ago.

Concorde is old bird and need some engineering. Check flightgear wiki Concorde, especialy part about fuel management and triming. Without it You will never hit sweet spot M2.00 at FL600.
Piloting that plane near MTOW and MLW is totaly different, with full tanks flyies like heavy bomber, with MLW like fighter with climb rate far over 6000 fpm. And there is special bonus - powerfull afterburner. Concorde wants fly higher and higher, faster and faster exactly like supersport cars.
But there is dark side of the power - extremely nasty stall characteristics and terroristic fuel consumption.
