The Festival of FlightGear is a biannual "fly-in" event taking place in Spring and Fall:

• the Spring edition is held in March in a region outside Europe;
• the Fall edition is held in Europe and coincides with the FSWeekend "real world event" at Lelystad.

This first post will be the only one containing up-to-date information about the Festival and will be updated to provide you with links to the latest airport charts/ground networks/Route Manager files/helpful resources for the Fall 2016 edition only.

ATC positions (offered and Open)

The Airspace in U.K is divided in Area Controlers, Terminal Controllers, and APP/TWR controllers.
For this event we have volunteers at all levels, and we are preparing to offer a very fun/realistic and at the same time casual experience to the FG Festival Pilots
Below I am listing what's currently programmed. This list can change. Other ATC volunteers please post in this thread and contact IAHM-COL or Elgaton for coordination purposes.

Notes

• If you have multiple positions listed above, you are expected to use the callsign and frequency of your highest level. Example Legoboy will log as EGPX_WS and serve all the way to ground in EGAC/EGAA
• Use the manned aerodrome list to know where to launch openradar or ATCpie.
• If you want to participate, in any open position, contact us (IAHM-COL in thejabberwocky forum, or elgaton in the Flightgear Forum. For any airport not listed, the position of TWR/APP is open!

I have updated all of Northern Ireland in WED, and hope it will be in time to make it into World Scenery 3.0!

Its 1 year from now.

it0uchpods/ATC411 would like to reserve ATC at London Gatwick Airport. I know its quite early, but I think first come, first serve applies here!
