Toronto, rwy 06L, somewhere between 1/3 and 1/2 of the runway stand some red and white boxes on the runway, a little bit more on the right side (I could creep pass them with my Lineage).

They must be visualizations of (VOR) beacons. Coincidentally this piece of music plays the morse code of beacon YYZ in the first half minute.

Yeah, but they are still wrong in the middle of the rwy

I agree they do not belong on rw's. But that seems to be some general fg bug. I have seen them at other airports too. Who is going to move them all to the side of the rw, where they belong?
