Yup
My version now has a wiki page: http://wiki.flightgear.org/727-200
I almost completed the new Block V autopilot, which works quite realistically. The IAS/Mach mode needs a little work, but the other modes work great. Some real 727s with Block V had a GPS feeding them, so I have the Route Manager/GPS Driving the AUX NAV Roll Channel Mode! The weirdness of having G/S modes on the Roll Selector, and the extra HDG and ALT buttons are all present and accurately modeled (I hope). I will soon make the AP Indicator for the cockpit and make the FDs work, so the experience can be proper.

727 development
Re: 727 development
Fully modelled Hydraulics system -- and the FDM has turned out REALLY NICE for an Alpha in my opinion -- she flies really smoothly, and feels like a 727 should.
D-ECHO is making OH panel, and hopefully Engineer panel coming.
Kind Regards,
Josh

Re: 727 development
D-ECHO made a great new overhead, and I improved the hydraulics, then connected the hydraulic switches.

Re: 727 development
New JT8D-17R engines, also visible is the fixed center engine exhaust:
The only thing missing, is the internal reverser. I'll model that soon.
Also, the Super 27 is now included (Outer engines new JT8D-219, while the inner is still a JT8D-17R.)
And the JT8D-219 has the newer Bucket Style Reversers:

Josh
