Any chance you could update FGDATA with submodules, so we can get 2016.3.0?

I will as soon as the script finishes rebasing FGADDon, so the planes dont get "off" with this dev cycle.

FGDATA next with submodule is updated and now on version 2016.3

As expected it also includes any fix Bugman had sent over models and Jetways.
We are up2date with the last minute FGDATA: c350d7
