Re: Japan: Spring 2016 [May 7th and 8th]
I know there's only one Tokyo Center controller, however, keep in mind that the multiplayer servers only have a 100 NM range. From Chubu, I can't control further than 40-50 NM from Narita (on the east) and 20 NM west of RJBB. Maybe we could both act as Tokyo Control on separate frequencies (as it's ...

Re: Japan: Spring 2016 [May 7th and 8th]
Great - are you OK with an airspace of 30 NM around the airport?

Re: Japan: Spring 2016 [May 7th and 8th]
I'll be there (albeit on a dialup connection, as usual, as I plan to reset my bandwidth cap just a little in advance of the Festival - 3 GB go away pretty easily, so I might ask you to write the most important points on text from time to time). As some of you might have noticed, OpenRadar files for ...

Temporary absence
I'm going to be temporarily away in the next few days - I most certainly won't be able to read the forum. For urgent issues, try sending me an e-mail - I'll try to check it once a day (albeit with no guarantees).
EDIT: I'm back!

Re: Japan: Spring 2016 [May 7th and 8th]
Sorry, May 1st is N/A for me. 23d is the only free day -- I will be away over the May 1st weekend. Sorry I couldn't let you know earlier. The 6th will also work -- or else the 22nd. Not a problem for me - I'm fine either with rescheduling on the 6th, or performing some extra one-on-one training wit...

Re: Festival of FlightGear 2016 (Spring) -- Japan Coordination
The airport will be regenerated by D-ECHO next week. Then the airport signs will also be there (I tried Dlaser's Airport2stg.py but just couldn't get it to work). Starting with apt.dat version 850, signs must not be generated separately, but rather created in WED. @elgaton You can work on the groun...

Re: Japan: Spring 2016 [May 7th and 8th]
Quick heads up for all ATCs: Wolfram Wagner (the author of OpenRadar) has released a new version to address the airport download problems - I would suggest getting them while you can.

Re: Festival of FlightGear 2016 (Spring) -- Japan Coordination
I'm too lazy to make the groundnet :P Do you know if the airport has a groundnet in WED? (There's a script around which can convert it to a FlightGear ground network, I can run it). I'd like to have it FG but saying that I've edited the lot and the original author is from the X-Plane forum, probabl...
