Re: WWI and WWII era scenery
We had some talk about the problem of "historical sceneries" during the Remembrance Flight and stumbled over the problem, that all scenery systems we use are based on actual, means today's scenery. All the sources we pull are basically using the most modern real world scenery, they can get...

Re: Remembrance Day 11/11/17 18:00 UTC LFAQ Albert Somme
I am tomorrow starting my random generator but since everybody has installed anyway every plane of my choice (Fokker Dr.I, Albatros D.III or Fokker D.VII), it doesn't matter. Am I a mess again?

Re: How flying seriously messes with your mind
Every kind of job has its occupational hazards. And when it comes to radiation, we know, there are areas in the world where people live with a higher natural radiation all the time. The Black Forest in Germany comes to mind, at least in some parts, there are areas in Anatolia. So flying is not the o...

Re: The Festival of FlightGear, November '17
Parameter stability is not what happened in Genoa. The weather was on Sunday changing all five minutes and the wind made me switch the runway direction several times, but it always was totally wrong, the pick was mostly between a lot of crosswind from the left or the right with a few knots tailwind ...

Re: Jomo is no more
Ignore Lydiot, he is only here because of an undeserved act of mercy and to remind us, outside of this forum are still a lot of lowlifes around who try to troll people to get at least some attention in their otherwise meaningless lives. But he is not important, nor did anybody find in any of his pos...
