Re: Really Cool LaTeX usage
http://www.linta.de/Jena1330/ManuscriptJ1.jpg This is not "medieval" but actually a font used in 15th and 16th century mostly. A little bit before the early 20th century ... but in the Latex catalog. So if they have that, they have also early 20th century, I am pretty sure of it.

Re: Curt 'weighed in' on the Shot of the Month for Nov.
Well, not entirely the Catalan situation. Unlike the Catalans, we were able to create a space where we can do what we want without interference by Curt's Central Government. Now, that place is maybe not everybody's taste, but I still like it. See, take Wecsje as an example. I mean, here he goes all ...

Re: Thorsten Postures on GPL
@Wecsje: FGMEMBERS has always and will always gather GPL content. If an author claims, his work is GPL, he can't go later and say "It is GPL for everyone only not for those, I don't like for political reasons". I have yet to see any work from you, so I am not sure, how far you have persona...

Re: Boeing 757 Testing Shows Airplanes Vulnerable to Hacking
The "western world" had always this enthusiasm about technology and what can be done with it without thinking things through to the end on safety and security levels. Not only since ten years. On a safety level, we had the time of the first cathedral builder who build always higher and mig...

Re: Thorsten Postures on GPL
And since the pretense of "respecting author's wishes" was the only argument, they had for FGAddon (aside of the not propagated reason for having a gate keeper in place to make sure, nobody whoever looked wrong at Thorsten can distribute aircraft), Thorsten's argumentation now finally decl...

Re: Favorite Airline
Delta used 767s from Stuttgart to Atlanta and then other connection on to Kansas City when I was traveling that route a lot to visit Diane. The cabin crew knew me by face (and even about my coffee habits), the plane was not luxury but felt always very reliable and stable, even when the screens showe...

Re: Boeing 757 Testing Shows Airplanes Vulnerable to Hacking
Well yeah, not a new subject. Of course, it is a subject kept mostly silent in the world of "professional" security experts because nobody has figured out yet, how to solve it and probably even more important, how to make a crazy money with it. And there is of course a lot of politics invo...

Re: WWI and WWII era scenery
Well, but if I am right about the possibility to "patch" terrain at will if we only have "historical" in an extra git, we can work around it. Now you have only to organize some kind of project to get such tiles actually designed.
