Re: Tu-144

- we can't have 50 planes on the screen at the same time, especially not so graphically demanding planes like Vitos or Richards. It's fixable easy by adding rough 3D mp model without anything inside, just not transparent canopy, and with simplified outer textures of smaller sizes. As I can remember...

Re: Tu-144

This requirement is simply unworkable..... Not, it's workable. Or You do need one command making one thing altogeter instead of one command depending at other one. There should not be ones depending at jumps of others. Especially if those ones pays to those others some money. You need to think in a...

Re: Tu-144

You seem to have misunderstood Outerra.... Outerra can't go CC or GPL or whatever.. it's not set up to do things like that. I said about it as example only. In fact, I meant just some new project which works, and which is turned to people by side of some simple rules, as ⋅ You don't need ...

Re: Tu-144

There are two different approaches to get there. Well, You forgot one important thing - project can die. If flow of people out would be greater than one in. For example, if someone else would make other OS simulator, with better detailed view and fps at some place, and better common views and fps e...

Re: Tu-144

See how important interfaces can be for how people can work together and at the same time not. So they can fully concentrate on their competence and not be forced to spend time on things they are not good at? I meant not those three, but fourth - someone who does not make nor plane, nor instrument,...

Re: Tu-144

The point here is a different kind of work. Well, at first, sorry for all which could go afterwards. I think, something got to be made until next iteration of logarithm of quality, at incomes to expenses scale, makes changing of object reasonable. When to make new model of better quality would be f...

Re: Tu-144

That's the issue. So every time you want to install the excellent ASI, it goes easy, but then if you install it in 50 planes, then you end up with copies of the same files all over the place. Yes, and it's correct solution. Don't think system oriented, but user oriented. If model needs something wh...

Re: Tu-144

IT-AUTOFLIGHT is designed to be installed, and kept in the plane, and interfaced with it's MCP, and so on. JPack is external to planes. Both solutions is wrong on my view. Correct one is to provide instrument which really can be added and used without any attempts to stay above someone doing it. I ...

Re: Tu-144

This has been added recently (April 2016) Coll, I will try it. Hope JSB could be changed in 3.4FG which I using - since later versions asks more and more CPU. The idea again being that such unit being code with such respect to OOP, that you could swap it in and out of a plane: Such as adding a dyna...

Re: Tu-144

If each tries to implement the interface for the gauge in "his" plane, there can be a lot learned for collaboration on further interfaces. Yep. Conception - anything in one box plus instruction. So anyone could just install it at model, put something at ins and get something at outs, plus...
